What insurance do you accept?
PTC is in-network with Anthem / Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, Unicare, United, and all NH Medicaid plans.
What if you don’t take my child’s insurance?
PTC offers affordable and competitive private pay rates for evaluations, individual and group therapy.
What are the hours of operation at PTC?
PTC is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:30pm.
How do I schedule an evaluation for my child?
To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (603) 882-4500 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I bring to my child’s first appointment?
Please bring the completed intake paperwork, a copy of your child’s insurance card and any pertinent outside information including orders, evaluations or assessments.
